Before you begin.
Learn how Tampa Auto Broker helps source new cars, what to ask about broker fees, and how dealership purchases and credit applications work.
What does Tampa Auto Broker do?
Tampa Auto Broker is an independent new-car buying concierge based in Tampa, Florida. We help buyers source vehicles and negotiate through dealerships, with Mercedes-Benz as our specialty and assistance available for other new-car brands.
Can Tampa Auto Broker help buyers elsewhere in Florida?
Tell us your Florida city, preferred vehicle, and timing. Our Tampa-based team will discuss whether your request fits our services and how dealership coordination, pickup, or delivery would work. Confirm availability, arrangements, and costs for your request.
Are you a Mercedes-Benz dealership?
No. Tampa Auto Broker is a vehicle broker and buying concierge. We assist buyers through the dealership process. Vehicles are purchased from dealerships; we are not an authorized Mercedes-Benz representative.
Can you help me with a different new-car brand?
Yes. Mercedes-Benz is our specialty, and we also assist with other brands of new vehicles through dealerships. Tell us what you are considering so we can discuss the scope of your request.
Do you source vehicles and negotiate?
Sourcing and negotiation are part of our buying-concierge service. The details depend on the vehicle, dealership, and agreed service scope. No particular price, savings, or outcome is guaranteed.
Can I request a factory order?
We can discuss factory-order possibilities as well as vehicles in available dealer stock. Build combinations, allocations, order acceptance, pricing, and timing must be confirmed with the selling dealership. A request is not a confirmed order.
Do you have vehicles in inventory?
Tampa Auto Broker sources vehicles through dealerships. Our website is not a live inventory listing. Customer photographs show past experiences, while other vehicle images are illustrative; neither confirms current availability.
How is the company paid?
Ask us for the fees, compensation arrangements, and service scope that apply to your request before committing. Clarify who pays the company, when payment is due, and whether dealer or referral compensation is involved.
Does a vehicle inquiry authorize a credit check?
No. The short inquiry is not a credit application and does not authorize a credit inquiry. Do not put Social Security numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
Who checks my credit if I apply?
Martindale does not personally pull credit. Tampa Auto Broker facilitates application sharing. Appropriately disclosed dealerships and/or financing partners may obtain credit reports and evaluate financing according to the authorization.
Does an application guarantee financing?
No. Approval, available rates, and terms depend on the financing provider and the application. Do not assume an application is a soft inquiry or has no credit-score impact.
Can I arrange a test drive?
Ask about the vehicle and dealership involved. Test drives depend on the dealer’s availability and requirements; this website does not book or confirm appointments.
How can I contact Tampa Auto Broker?
Call (813) 408-0994, email tampaautobroker@gmail.com, or use the Find My Next Car form. The general inquiry does not authorize a credit check. A separate credit application is available when you are ready for that step.
