Vehicle inquiries and credit applications
Tampa Auto Broker, LLC receives your vehicle inquiries, dealership partnership requests, credit applications, and documents through this website. Inquiry details are used to contact you about your request. Credit applications collect contact and identity information, including a Social Security number and driver’s license number, address, employment, income, vehicle and trade details. You may upload paystubs and the front and back of your driver’s ID.
Applications and documents are encrypted in the website’s storage and are available to authorized Tampa Auto Broker Workspace staff. Staff may share an application and its documents with a dealership you select or authorize for your financing request, using a protected link and separate access code. Sharing links expire after 72 hours and may be revoked earlier. A recipient may retain information it downloads under its own policies; revoking a link cannot retrieve downloaded copies.
When email service is configured, Resend sends business notifications to tampaautobroker@gmail.com. Credit notifications and dealership-sharing emails contain links rather than your sensitive application or document contents. Vehicle inquiry emails may include your inquiry details. If email is unavailable, submissions are still stored in the workspace.
Your authorization and choices
The required consent checkbox records your authorization to submit, store and share information for your financing request. The wording and time of your consent are stored with your application. Submission does not itself authorize Tampa Auto Broker to pull your credit, enroll you in marketing, guarantee financing, or waive your legal rights. A dealership or lender may require separate credit authorization and disclosures before proceeding.
Security measures reduce but cannot eliminate unauthorized-access risks. Do not submit information belonging to someone else without authority. Contact Tampa Auto Broker to discuss access, correction, deletion, retention, or restrictions on future sharing; applicable recordkeeping obligations and information already held by authorized recipients may affect those requests. Application information remains in the workspace until removed by the business. There is no automatic application-deletion schedule currently configured.
Website administrators
Administration requires ChatGPT sign-in and a separate server-side administrator allowlist. Published team profiles do not create accounts or grant data access. Team changes are recorded in a protected administrative audit log. Approved profile photographs are stored for the website and are publicly served only while the associated profile is visible.
Analytics and technical information
This website does not load advertising pixels, session recording, or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may process technical request and security information necessary to operate the service. Administrator authentication is handled by the platform.
Data retention
Temporary security counters limit abusive submissions and expire. Application and inquiry records, supporting documents, consent records, and protected access and sharing logs are retained for business follow-up. Staff sessions expire after eight hours; invitation links expire after 24 hours.
